NetAssure features an advanced Analytics and Correlation Engine (ACE) that transforms QoE and Quality of Service (QoS) data into actionable information and digs deep into the root causes of call quality issues. The NetAssure ACE also supports a unique feature: auto-profiling of thresholds based on real-time and historical data. Auto-profiling allows NetAssure to set dynamic threshold alarm levels for each call quality metric based on corresponding time/day values, removing the work-and the guesswork-from 24/7 network monitoring.
